💰Credit Card: We require a valid credit card on file to reserve all online appointment times or when utilizing our direct billing services. Patients may choose their preferred payment method at the time of service.
❌Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the appointment, charged to the card on file. Patients without a card on file will be required to pay the fee before rebooking.

📄Intake Forms: You will receive an intake form sent to the email address provided during booking. Please complete these forms 24 hours before your first treatment so the practitioners have time to review your health history and complaint. If you do not complete the intake forms before your first appointment, treatment may be delayed as the practitioners utilize some of your appointment time to review your intake forms.

Since starting practice I have completed additional training to better serve prenatal and pediatric patients, though my practice is focused on helping individuals of all ages improve their health and well-being. I use a variety of techniques to accommodate patients of all comfort levels.
